One Direction Young Fans Warned They Could Be REFUSED Entry To Stadium Gig Due To Strict Age Limits

Young fans of One Direction have been told they could face the anguish and denied entry to see their idols when the group started the British leg of their tour next month due to strict age limits.

Tickets holders of the best song of history are being warned concert stage stars ' to check they have enough to actually attend age when the concerts start at Sunderland on 28 May.

City Stadium of Light is urging people to check restrictions before leaving, and fewer than 12 will not be allowed to enter if they have a standing ticket.

And anyone under the age of 16 must be with an adult. Sunderland AFC, playing in place, says the restrictions are in place to ensure fans are safe.

Commissioners will be at the doors and turn to those who fall foul of the age limits. Where are the world tour concerts sold out in minutes, and some fans might have failed to heed the terms.

The club says no one under 12 will be allowed to walk in the area of the pitch and you should contact your booking agent if they are incorrect. Under- 12s will be allowed in the sitting areas, and are encouraged attendees gig to carry identification with their age, especially if younger than they are.

Any group of seven under 16 must be at least one adult.

The stadium shows are a step up from the sand dates the band played last year in his tour of Take Me Home.

The head of security and safety at Sunderland, Paul Weir said: “Age restrictions are set by the developer to ensure the safety of everyone attending the show, which is a very different dynamic to all we have organized in the stadium of Light earlier.

“The GA (general admission) Land standing area is not a suitable environment for children under 12 and anyone who does not meet the age requirements will not be allowed to enter the stadium. Advise fans to check their tickets carefully with advance to avoid any problems in the day. "
